1978年以来勃兴的改革开放,以前所未有的深度和广度极大推动着国家现代化进程,同时也建构起“80后”青年现代性生成的社会场境。从一般意义上讲,青年现代性与国家现代化互动密切而又充满张力。在当代中国,改革开放所启动的现代化是因,“80后”的现代性是果。反过来,当“80后”陆续进入职场并日益成为中坚骨干时,他们内蕴的现代性意识又会大大助推国家治理现代化进程。“80后”的现代性在改革开放进程中分层次、多角度呈现,而铸炼现代公民精神是他们重要的时代归宿。

Since 1978,the vigorous reform and opening up has unprecedentedly promoted the process of national modernization,and it has also constructed the social environment in which the“post-80s”youth generated modernity.Generally speaking,youth modernity and national modernization interact closely and vigorously.The modernization of reform and opening up is the cause,and the modernity of the“post-80s”is the result.On the other hand,when the“post-80s”gradually enter the workplace and become the backbone,their sense of modernity will greatly boost the modernization process of national governance.The modernity of“post-80s”is presented from different levels and angles in the process of reform and opening up,and the cultivation of their modern civic spirit is the important end-result of the times.
