摘要
为了解决风力发电机偏航(开式)齿轮润滑脂的国产化问题,对风力发电机偏航(开式)齿轮润滑脂进行了研究。通过对基础油和添加剂的筛选,偏航(开式)齿轮润滑脂由调合基础油(40℃运动黏度典型数据365.0 mm2/s,黏度指数典型数据95,倾点典型数据-12℃),聚异丁烯黏度指数改进剂,高碱值磺酸钙稠化剂,7.5%的复合极压抗磨剂(1.0%的有机钼极压抗磨剂+1.5%的ZnDDP极压抗磨剂+5.0的固体极压抗磨剂),0.5%的胺型抗氧剂,0.1%的噻二唑衍生物金属减活剂和3.0%的磺酸盐防锈剂组成。在转化剂作用下,在50℃~100℃的温度下转化30 min^90 min即可得到磺酸钙基偏航(开式)齿轮润滑脂。偏航(开式)齿轮润滑脂的典型性能为60次工作锥入度283单位,滴点294℃,相似黏度(-30℃±1℃,10 s-1)2000 Pa·s,滑落试验(70℃±0.5℃,48 h)合格,油膜脆裂性试验(-40℃±1℃,30 min)合格,蒸发损失(100℃±0.5℃,22 h)0.43%,盐雾箱试验(10号钢,35℃±1℃,3 d)0级,烧结负荷6080 N,Timken OK值133 N,磨痕直径(75℃,1200 r/min,392 N,60 min)0.478 mm。达到了设定的研制目标,且与进口偏航(开式)齿轮润滑脂的性能相当。实际使用表明,偏航(开式)齿轮润滑脂能够满足风力发电机偏航(开式)齿轮的润滑要求。(图1表5参考文献4)
In order to solve the localization problem of the yaw(open)gear grease for wind turbine,the yaw(open)gear grease for wind turbine was studied.Through the selection of base oils and additives,the yaw(open)gear grease was composed of blended base oil(the typical data of 40℃kinematic viscosity was 365.0 mm2/s,the typical data of viscosity index was 95,and the typical data of pour point was-12℃),and polyisobutylene viscosity index improver,calcium sulfonate thickener with high base number,7.5%complex EP/AW additive(1.0%organic molybdenum EP/AW additive+1.5%ZnDDP EP/AW additive+5.0 solid EP/AW additive),0.5%amine antioxidant,0.1%thiadiazole derivative metal deactivator and 3.0%sulfonate antirust/anti-corrosion additive.Under the action of conversion agent,calcium sulfonate based yaw(open)gear grease could be obtained after 30 min^90 min conversion at 50℃~100℃.The typical performances of yaw(open)gear grease were 283 cone penetration for 60 times,drop point 294℃,similar viscosity(-30℃±1℃,10 s-1)2000 Pa·s,flow point(70℃±0.5℃,48 h)qualified,effectiveness of the lubricating film(-40℃±1℃,30 min)qualified,evaporation loss(100℃±0.5℃,22 h)0.43%,salt spray test(10 steel,35℃±1℃,3 d)Grade 0,weld load 6080 N,Timken OK value 133 N,wear scar diameter(75℃,1200 r/min,392 N,60 min)0.478 mm.It reached the researched goal and the performances of the grease were equivalent to that of the imported yaw(open)gear grease.The actual use showed that the yaw(open)gear grease could meet the lubrication requirements of the yaw(open)gear for wind turbine(.Chart1 Tables5 References4)
