少阳生骨方中药泥灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎的效果观察

Clinical observation of mud moxibustion with Shaoyang Shenggu prescription in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis

目的探讨采用少阳生骨方制作的中药泥灸治疗膝关节骨性关节炎(KOA)的效果。方法 80例KOA患者采用随机数字表法分为治疗组和对照组,各40例,试验过程中对照组脱落1例最终纳入39例。对照组给予常规保守治疗,包括对症治疗、针灸、推拿等。治疗组在常规保守治疗的基础上给予少阳生骨方中药泥灸治疗。比较2组治疗前后骨关节炎指数(WOMAC)量表得分,评价临床疗效。结果治疗组治疗后WOMAC量表各维度得分及总分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组临床疗效总有效率为90.00%(36/40),高于对照组的79.49%(31/39),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论少阳生骨方中药泥灸治疗能进一步缓解KOA患者临床症状。

Objective To investigate the effect of mud moxibustion with Shaoyang Shenggu prescription in the treatment of knee osteoarthritis(KOA). Methods Totally 80 KOA patients were randomly divided into the control group(n=39, 1 case lost to follow-up) and the study group(n=40). All patients received conventional conservative treatment including drug intervention, acupuncture, massage, etc. The mud moxibustion with Shaoyang Shenggu prescription was adopted in the study group. The clinical symptom of KOA was evaluated by Western Ontario and McMaster Universities Osteoarthritis Index(WOMAC), and the clinical effect of intervention was compared between two groups. Results The scores of WOMAC index in all dimensions and overall score in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05). The total effective rate of intervention was 90.00%(36/40)in the study group, which was higher than 79.49%(31/39)in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The mud moxibustion with Shaoyang Shenggu prescription is potentially effective to relieve the clinical symptoms of patients with KOA.
