中药外敷联合红外线照射改善经桡动脉入路行冠状动脉介入术后并发前臂血肿的效果观察

Effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine external application combined with infrared therapy in the treatment of forearm hematoma followed by percutaneous coronary intervention via transradial artery approach

目的探讨中药外敷联合红外线照射在经桡动脉入路行冠状动脉介入(PCI)术后并发前臂血肿的应用效果。方法选择2018年12月-2019年12月收治的经桡动脉行PCI术后并发前臂血肿患者60例作为观察对象,随机分为对照组和观察组,各30例。2组均接受常规治疗,对照组给予25%硫酸镁湿敷,观察组予以中药外敷联合红外线照射干预。比较2组患者术肢疼痛及肿胀程度。结果干预后,2组术肢疼痛以及术肢前臂血肿均有改善,且观察组改善优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论中药外敷联合红外线照射在减轻经桡动脉PCI术后并发前臂血肿患者的疼痛、改善前臂血肿肿胀方面具有良好的效果。

Objective To investigate the effect of Traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM) external application combined with infrared therapy in the treatment of forearm hematoma followed by percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI) via transradial artery approach. Methods Totally 60 patients with forearm hematoma followed by PCI via transradial artery approach were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 30 cases in each group. The 25% magnesium sulfate solution was used in the control group, and TCM external application combined with infrared therapy was adopted in the observation group. The degree of pain and edema of forearm were evaluated. Results The degree of pain and edema were decreased after intervention, and were significantly lower in the observation group than those in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The TCM external application combined with infrared therapy is potentially effective to relieve the pain degree and forearm hematoma followed by PCI via transradial artery approach.
