摘要
目的调查基于能级进阶的不同层级护士培训需求,为建立能级进阶模式的护士分层级培训体系提供相关依据。方法应用文献检索和专家咨询设计调查问卷,采用分层随机抽样的方法对525名不同层级护士进行问卷调查,分析不同层级护士培训需求。结果各层级护士培训需求侧重点不同,护理基础技能、护理高级技能、沟通能力、教学能力、管理能力、科研能力方面在各层级护士培训需求上存在差异性(P<0.05)。525名护士接受过的较为常见的培训形式为院内各种形式的业务学习(100.00%)。希望采取的授课方法中,案例分析讨论/经典病例学习(68.76%)、情景模拟/翻转课堂(67.81%)和操作演示(67.43%)居多。结论不同层级的护士培训需求不同,管理者可基于能级进阶模式制定针对性的护士分层级培训方案。
Objective To investigate the training needs of nurses at different levels based on the nursing clinical ladder program,and to provide the reference for the establishment of nurse hierarchical training system based on the nursing clinical ladder program.Methods A questionnaire was designed based on the expert consultation of literature review,and 525 nurses of different levels were surveyed by stratified random sampling.Results The emphasis on training needs of nurses at all levels was different.Basic nursing skills,nursing advanced skills,communication skills,teaching skills,management skills,scientific research skills and other aspects of the training needs of nurses at all levels were different(P<0.05).The most common training method was occupational study in the hospital setting.In terms of teaching method,needs for case analysis and learning were ranked on the top(68.76%),followed by scenario simulation and flipped class(67.81%)and operation and demonstration(67.43%).Conclusion Findings of the survey provided a scientific basis for the construction of nursing staff training methods and contents based on the nursing clinical ladder program.
