延续性护理对口腔颌面骨折患者饮食及张口锻炼依从性的影响

Effects of continuous nursing on diet and mouth-opening training compliance in patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures

目的探讨延续性护理对口腔颌面部骨折患者饮食及张口锻炼依从性的影响。方法口腔颌面部创伤性骨折患者116例根据入院时间分为对照组58例和干预组58例。对照组患者接受常规护理和出院指导,干预组在对照组基础上实施延续性护理。随访6个月,评价2组饮食依从性和张口锻炼依从性,评估患者张口困难程度。结果干预组饮食依从性和张口锻炼的依从性优于对照组(P<0.01)。干预组患者张口困难程度低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论延续性护理能提高口腔颌面骨折患者饮食及张口锻炼的依从性。

Objective To investigate the effect of continuous nursing on diet and mouth-opening training compliance in patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures.Methods Totally 116 patients with traumatic oral and maxillofacial fractures were assigned to the control group(n=58)and the intervention group(n=58)according to the admission sequence.All patients received routine care and health education before discharge from hospital,and patients in the intervention group received continuous nursing interventions after discharge.After a six-month follow-up,patients’diet compliance and mouth-opening training compliance were evaluated.The degree of mouth-opening difficulty was compared between two groups.Results A better compliance with diet behavior and mouth-opening training was found in the intervention group than that in the control group(P<0.01).Patients in the intervention group had a lesser degree of mouth-opening difficulty compared with those in the control group after a six-month follow-up(P<0.05).Conclusion Continuous nursing can improve the compliance with diet and mouth-opening training in patients with oral and maxillofacial fractures.
