摘要
目的探讨学生标准化病人(SSP)在护理本科生手术室护理教学中的应用效果。方法207名护理本科生分为观察组(n=106)与对照组(n=101)。对照组采用传统教学法,观察组在对照组基础上引入SSP模式教学。比较2组理论和操作成绩,观察2组干预前后自主学习能力以及批判性思维能力。结果观察组理论成绩和实践成绩均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。观察组自我管理能力、信息能力、学习合作能力维度以及总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组寻求真相、系统化能力、批判性思维的自信心、求知欲、认知程度维度以及评判性思维能力测量表(CTDI-CV)量表总分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在常规教学模式中引入SSP教学模式,能够有效提高护理本科生的综合能力。
Objective To investigate the effect of student standardized patients(SSP)in the teaching of surgical nursing for undergraduate nursing students.Methods Totally 207 undergraduate nursing students were divided into observation group(n=106)and the control group(n=101).The conventional teaching method was adopted in the control group,and a modified teaching method using SSP was carried out in the observation group.The outcomes of theoretical knowledge and practice skills assessment were compared between groups.The autonomous learning ability and critical thinking ability of nursing students were evaluated by Measure Scale of Autonomous Learning Competencies(MSALC)and Chinese critical thinking disposition inventory(CTDI-CV),respectively.Results Students in the observation group achieved higher scores of theoretical knowledge and practice skills assessments compared with those in the control group(P<0.01).The factor scores of self-management,information competence,Cooperative learning skills and total score of MSALC in the observation group were significant higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The factor scores of seeking truth,systematization,confidence of critical thinking,thirst for knowledge,awareness and total score of CTDI-CV in the observation group were significant higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The application of SPP in the teaching of surgical nursing is potentially effective to improve the comprehensive abilities of undergraduate nursing students.
