摘要
通过对定宽机滑块加工系统进行分析,将悬伸式镗削加工改为“过桥”支承镗削加工,通过重新设计支承辅具,重新设定切削参数,使定宽机滑块表面粗糙度提高1~2个等级,达到Ra3.2以上。
The analysis on the machining of the slide of slab sizing presses proposes to perform the bore machining with"bridging"support instead of without any support.The machining with redesigned support tools and new cutting parameters can increase the surface roughness by 1 or 2 levels,aboveRa3.2.
