摘要
磁轭法磁粉检测是制造厂表面检测最常用的方法之一,其便捷、可靠的优点得到从业者的认可。但是对于工件的特殊部位,尤其是边缘部位或开孔位置的磁粉检测有效区域没有明确的界定。为此,通过一系列试验,摸索磁粉检测有效区域的范围,给实际检测提供一定的数据参考。
The yoke technique for magnetic particle test is one of the most common approach for surface examination due to its easy and reliable operation.But for the special area on a part,especially edge areas or opening areas,the test effectiveness is not clear-cut.For this reason,a series of test has been performed to define the effective area that can be as reference for actual MT examination.
