摘要
在支教模式中,乡村夏令营越来越受青睐,公益组织和高校支教队合作也逐渐趋于这种形式,但其也因相对良好的环境条件而产生了一些问题。文章以两次于2018年8月和2019年8月开展、时间为两星期左右的实践经历为载体,基于山东省潍坊市青州市邵庄小学开展的乡村夏令营活动,简要概述其中的利与弊,并给出了几点建议。
Among various models of volunteer teaching, rural summer camp is a more and more popular model which is often adopted in the cooperation between commonweal organizations and university volunteer teaching teams. However, there are still some problems because of relatively advantageous supporting conditions. Based on the two-week rural summer camp activities held at Shaozhuang Primary School, Qingzhou, Weifang, Shandong,in the Augusts of 2018 and 2019, this paper summarizes the pros and cons of the model, and puts forward some suggestions.
