Research on the Practice of Building a Learning-oriented,Service-oriented and Innovation-oriented Party Organization in Universities: Supporting the Development of Application-oriented Talents by Lateral Party Branches

建设学习型、服务型、创新型基层党组织是贯彻落实党的十九大精神的重要体现。该文结合实际,组织建立以学生学习为导向、以服务社会为目的、以创新型党组织为平台的三型党组织结合的横向党支部,并探讨横向党支部的理论及实践意义。

Building a learning-oriented, service-oriented, and innovation-oriented grassroots Party organization is an important manifestation of implementing the spirit of the 19 th CPC National Congress. Based on the actual situation, this paper organizes the establishment of lateral Party branches with a combination of three-type Party organizations, which are oriented by students,serve the society, and take innovation-oriented Party organizations as a platform, and discusses the theoretical and practical significance of lateral Party branches.
