Some Thoughts on the Ideological and Political Education for Cadets Carried out by Counselors

地方院校培养的士官人才是军队技术型兵种的重要来源,而士官生在校期间的思想政治教育效果是他们能否成为技术型兵种的重要因素,辅导员作为士官生思想政治教育的重要参与者,应根据士官生的需求开展思想政治教育工作。该文从辅导员开展士官生思想政治教育的现状入手,并分析其中存在的问题,进而提出增强士官生思想政治教育效果的方法。

The cadets trained in local colleges and universities have become an important source for the technical arms of the military, and the key to training them depends mainly on the effect of the ideological and political education for them during their school years. It is particularly important for counselors, who are in charge of ideological and political education, to properly grasp the needs of cadets when carrying out ideological and political education. Starting with the status quo of the ideological and political education for cadets carried out by counselors, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the education, and then proposes methods for the education.
