摘要
分层次阶梯式学业指导是针对大学生的不同层次、不同群体,在学业引导上所构建的一个立体化、全方位的专业引导和学习帮扶体系,由辅导员、专业教师、助理班主任和优秀学生共同参与,在激发学生学习潜力、促进学生学业水平提高等方面具有重要作用。
Hierarchical academic guidance is a three-dimensional,all-round professional guidance and learning assistance system constructed for different levels and groups of college students in academic guidance, which is jointly participated by counselors,professional teachers, assistant class teachers and excellent students, and plays an important role in stimulating students’ learning potential and promoting students’ academic level.
