摘要
将OBE理念作为学科教学改革的基本理论,已经成为很多专业和学科进行改革的方式。而线上教学和线下教学的混合式教学方式为OBE理念的实施提供了更好的条件。但是从当前法学课程混合式教学的实施来看,还存在评价观念不新颖、评价标准不丰富、评价方式不灵活和评价主体不全面等问题。这些问题的存在导致法学课程评价的科学性有待考究。因此,有必要在OBE理念引导下,通过丰富评价方式和评价主体、建立激励机制和完善分析机制等措施,建立多维度的评价方式。
Taking the OBE concept as the basic theory of discipline teaching reform has become a way for the reform of many majors and disciplines. The online and offline blended teaching method provides better conditions for the implementation of the OBE concept. However, judging from the current implementation of blended teaching in legal courses, there are still some problems, such as outdated evaluation concepts, single evaluation standards, inflexible evaluation methods, and less comprehensive evaluation subjects, which affect the scientificalness of evaluation for legal courses. Therefore, it is necessary to establish a multidimensional evaluation method by enriching evaluation methods and evaluation subjects, establishing incentive mechanisms and improving analysis mechanisms under the guidance of the OBE concept.
