On the Construction of a Mixed Teaching Team for Micro-lecture, MOOC and Flipped Classroom of Economic Law

建设优秀的教学团队是经济法学课程混合教学顺利开展和教学质量提升的队伍保障。坚持讲政治,按照四有标准,选择有坚毅品格、服务意识、专业精湛的教师,组建研究和设计团队、互动团队、技术团队,以一校为主、多校合作、专业互补、合作教学、分别管理、协同服务的原则,积极开展混合教学,切实提高经济法学教学质量。

Building an excellent teaching team is the guarantee of the smooth development and teaching quality of the mixed teaching of economic law courses. Insisting on political awareness and according to the four standards, we should select teachers with perseverance, service consciousness and professional skills and build a research and design team, an interactive team, and a technical team. We should actively carry out mixed teaching based on the principle of multi-school cooperation under the leadership of one school, professional complementarity, cooperative teaching, separate management and collaborative service, in order to improve the teaching quality of economic law.
