摘要 遗传学实验是遗传学教学不可缺少的内容,为了提高本学院遗传学实验教学的质量,需要对遗传学实验项目进行改进。需要修改的实验项目主要是把实验四实验小鼠性周期的观察以及卵子采集方法,修改为果蝇杂交实验。果蝇杂交实验能让学生学会杂交实验设计的方法,理解遗传的三大定律,学会运用统计学和遗传学的理论分析实验现象,有助于学生把课本上的理论和实验中观察到的现象结合起来,使学生在掌握书本知识的同时,提高自身的实践能力。 Genetics experiment is an indispensable part of genetics teaching. In order to improve the quality of genetics experimental teaching in our college, it is necessary to improve and modified the item of genetics experiment. The item needing to be modified is Experiment Four which is changed from periodic observation of laboratory mice and ovum collection method to the experiment of drosophila hybridization. The experiment of drosophila hybridization allows students to learn the method of hybridization experiment design, understand the three laws of genetics, and learn to use statistical and genetic theories to analyze experimental phenomena, which will help them to combine textbook theory with the phenomena observed in experiments, so as to cultivate their practical ability based on the mastery of textbook knowledge.
