摘要
该文基于财经类高校学生的特点和食品质量与安全专业的学科优势,探索性地在食品营养与安全通识课中增设实验教学环节。基于学生的知识储备情况和通识课程的特点,以贴近学生生活的方式,科学引导学生开展基础性实验,帮助学生树立正确的食品安全科学观和健康的生活态度,促进科学思维的培养。
Based on the characteristics of financial college students and the subject advantages of food quality and safety, the experiment is added to the general course of food nutrition and safety. Based on the characteristics of students’ knowledge reserve and general courses, experiments are designed in a way close to students’ life and guided scientifically. It helps students establish a correct scientific view of food safety, advocate a healthy attitude towards life, and promote the cultivation of scientific thinking.
