暴力伤医视角下医学教学改革方向初探

摘要 世界卫生组织认为,暴力伤医是指卫生从业人员在其工作场所受到辱骂、威胁或袭击,从而造成对其安全、幸福和健康明确或含蓄的挑战。暴力伤医是医患信任解体导致医患关系恶化,从而引起的暴力事件。暴力伤医具有发生比较突然、人身伤害严重、社会影响恶劣三大特征。通过使用服务接触的三元组合模型分析可知,暴力伤医的原因是患方、医生和医院及政府的利益诉求不一致,当矛盾积累到一定程度时,就会演化成暴力伤医恶性事件,结果超出所有人的控制范围,形成多输的局面。作为医学教学工作者,可以在医学教学和培训中,从加强沟通培训、提升防范意识和实施心理辅导等方面,提升医务人员应对暴力伤医的能力,尽量降低暴力伤医造成的危害。 According to WHO, violence against doctors means that health workers are abused, threatened or attacked in their workplaces, resulting in clear or implicit challenges to their safety,happiness and health. Violence against doctors is a violent event caused by the disintegration of doctor-patient trust, which leads to the deterioration of doctor-patient relationship. Violence against doctors are characterized by sudden occurrence, serious personal injury and bad social impact. Through the analysis of the ternary combination model of service contact, it can be seen that the reason of violence against doctors is that the interests of the patients, doctors, hospitals and the government are inconsistent.When the contradictions accumulate to a certain extent, they will evolve into malignant incidents of violence against doctors. The result is beyond the control of all people, forming a situation of multiple losses. As a medical teaching worker, we can enhance the ability of medical staff to deal with violence against doctors and reduce the harm caused by violence against doctors in medical teaching and training from the aspects of strengthening communication training, enhancing prevention awareness and implementing psychological guidance.
