基于课程思政视角的公司治理课程改革探析

Research on the Reform of Corporate Governance Cur-riculum Based on the Perspective of Curriculum-based Ideological and Political Education

课程思政建设是新时期课程教学改革的发力点,影响课程体系和课程内容的建设和优化,为新时代大学生的培养打下了坚实的基础。公司治理是工商管理一级学科的专业课程,多以理论和案例结合的方式开展教学,但这些理论和案例往往与中国经济发展的实际关联性不强,导致公司治理的课程思政效果不尽如人意。该文从传统的公司治理课程课堂现状及存在的问题、公司治理课程思政的重要性和必要性、公司治理课程思政的思路和途径三方面开展具体分析,以期为公司治理课程思政的建设和优化提供参考和借鉴。

The construction of curriculum-based ideological and political education is the driving point of curriculum teaching reform in the new era, which will influence the construction and optimization of curriculum system and content, and lay a solid foundation for the cultivation of college students in the new era.Corporate governance is a specialized course for multi-level students of the first-level discipline of business administration. In the course of teaching, it is usually carried out in the way of combining theory with cases, but these theories and cases are often not closely related to the actual background of China’s economic development, therefore, the ideological and political effect of the course of corporate governance needs to be further promoted.This paper makes a concrete analysis from three aspects: the current situation and existing problems of the traditional corporate governance course, the necessity and importance of curriculum-based ideological and political education for the corporate governance course, and the train of thought and approach of curriculum-based ideological and political education for the course,with a view to providing reference for the construction and optimization of curriculum-based ideological and political education for the course.
