摘要
该文研究了OBE理念下管理学类课程内容的分类与教学。首先分析了当前管理学类课程教学的特点以及优缺点。其次,将课程内容按领域范围和知识类型划分为九种主要教学产出,作为课程内容的参考,并逐一分析了不同领域教学产出的结构比例和教学方法,以及不同知识类型的教学内容、授课方式和评价方法,使教学内容从以理论为主转变为理论与实践结合,为教学实践提供参考。
Based on the OBE concept, this paper studies the course content and teaching measures of management courses.First, we analyzed the characteristics, advantages and disadvantages of the current management courses. Secondly, in terms of teaching content, this paper divides nine main teaching outputs according to the scope of fields and types of knowledge as a reference for teaching content, and analyzes independently the content structure and teaching methods of teaching outputs in different fields, as well as the teaching content, methods, evaluation of different types of knowledge. Suggestions are provided for teaching practice, making teaching more practical.
