摘要
"商务礼仪"课程是高职商科专业的必修课程,其不但可以增强高职学生的个人修养与职业素养,也可以提升高职学生的就业竞争力。但是"商务礼仪"课程在实际的高职学校教学中,由于课程目标模糊、内容与实际不符、教师实践经验与工作能力较低、课程评价方法简单等原因,导致高职生的礼仪素养与职业素养得不到提升。该文简单概括商务礼仪与职业素养教育的主要内容,并介绍了在"商务礼仪"课程中融入职业素养的重要意义,而后深入分析了高职院校职业素养教育中存在的问题并提出将"商务礼仪"教学与职业素养相互融合的有效措施,以此实现提升高职"商务礼仪"的教学质量、为社会培养高素养商科人才的目的。
As a compulsory course in higher vocational business majors, the business etiquette course can not only enhance the personal and professional qualities of higher vocational students,but also enhance the employment competitiveness of higher vocational students. However, in the actual teaching of the course in higher vocational colleges,due to the unclear course objectives,disconnection between content and reality, poor practical experience and work ability of teachers, and singlecourse evaluation methods, etc.,the etiquette and professional qualities of higher vocational students cannot be improved. Therefore, the paper briefly summarizes the main content of business etiquette and professional quality education, and introduces the importance of integrating professional quality into business etiquette, and then deeply analyzes the problems existing in the professional quality education of higher vocational colleges and proposes effective measures to combine business etiquette teaching with professional quality, with a view toimproving the teaching quality of the business etiquette course in higher vocational education and cultivating high-quality business talents for the society.
