桡侧入路锁定加压钢板治疗青少年桡骨远段骨折

摘要 目的探讨桡侧入路锁定加压钢板治疗青少年桡骨远段骨折的疗效。方法采用桡侧入路锁定加压钢板治疗32例青少年桡骨远段骨折患者。比较术后3个月患侧与健侧腕关节活动度;末次随访时采用改良Gartland-Werley标准评价腕关节功能。结果32例患者均获得随访,时间6~12个月。术后6~10周骨折愈合。术后3个月患侧与健侧腕关节活动度比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。末次随访时,采用改良Gartland-Werley标准评价腕关节功能:优29例,良3例。结论桡侧入路锁定加压钢板是治疗青少年桡骨远段骨折的理想手术方式之一。 Objective To investigate the effect of the radial approach locking compression plate in the treatment of distal radial shaft fractures in adolescents.Methods Thirty-two adolescents with distal radial shaft fractures were treated with radial approach locking compression plate.The activity of the affected side and the healthy wrist were compared at 3 months after surgery.The modified Gartland-Werley criterion was used to evaluate the wrist function at the last follow-up.Results All 32 patients were followed up for 6~12 months.The fracture healing time was 6~10 weeks.There was no significant difference in the activity of the affected side and the healthy wrist joint at 3 months after operation(P>0.05).At the last follow-up,the wrist function was evaluated by modified Gartland-Werley criteria:excellent 29 cases and good 3 cases.Conclusions The radial approach locking compression plate is an ideal surgical method for the treatment of distal radial shaft fractures in adolescents.
