摘要
清洁高效是当前能源领域的主要关注指标,天然气发动机采用低排放的天然气作为燃料,迅速成为发动机行业的新宠。以ACD320DF发动机为对象,针对多点歧管喷射的燃气发动机的性能开展研究,探究喷射阀的开启时刻和持续时间的差异对发动机主要性能的影响。结果表明:通过对ACD320DF发动机整机性能的仿真分析,得到发动机燃气进气总量、缸压、燃气消耗随喷射正时及喷射脉宽的变化规律,最后通过试验进一步验证该规律,可以用于天然气发动机气阀正时设计、试验标定优化的参考。
Cleanliness and efficiency is an important index in the current energy field.Natural gas engine uses low-emission natural gas as fuel,which quickly becomes the new favorite in the engine industry.Taking ACD320DF engine as research object,the performance of gas engine with manifold multi-point injection was studied to explore the influence of the difference in the opening time and duration of the injection valve on the main performance of the engine.Through the simulation analysis of ACD320DF engine,the change rules of the total gas intake,cylinder pressure and gas consumption of the engine with the injection timing and injection pulse width are obtained.Finally,the rules are further verified by the test,which can be used for valve timing design and test calibration reference of natural gas engines.
