摘要
我们主要针对极寒条件下的拖拉机冷起动状况进行研究,使6X柴油机配套某系列拖拉机满足-30℃^-35℃环境下的低温起动要求。研究压缩比、冷却液预热对低温起动性能的影响,通过理论计算、试验对比,验证冷起动措施的起动效果。
This paper mainly studies the cold starting condition of tractors under extremely cold conditions.It makes a series of tractors equipped with 6 X diesel engine meet the requirements of low temperature starting at -30 ℃^-35 ℃.The effects of compression ratio and coolant preheating on low temperature starting performance were studied.Through theoretical calculation and experimental comparison,the starting effect of cold starting measures is verified.
