某钢活塞燃烧室喉口开裂分析

摘要 对于某11L柴油发动机在台架试验过程中,出现钢活塞燃烧室喉口开裂的问题进行了深入的分析,从燃烧室喉口的开裂原因、试验后活塞的检测、发动机的运行数据分析这几个方面对该问题进行了分析研究,排除了钢活塞设计和加工制造方面的因素,确定了燃烧室喉口开裂的原因是发动机异常燃烧导致活塞温度过高所致。跟客户反馈了活塞失效的原因,并在后续试验中成功解决了喉口开裂的问题,这也为今后钢活塞的设计和分析提供了技术参考。 During the development of an 11 L diesel engine,the combustion bowl rim of the steel piston cracked in the engine bench test.This paper made investigation from several sides including combustion bowl rim crack reasons,piston investigation after test,and engine running condition data.According to analysis piston design and machining quality could be excluded from this problem.And the root reason of combustion bowl crack was high piston temperature caused by abnormal engine combustion.Piston crack reason was told to customer and bowl rim crack was solved in the following test.It provided technical reference for the future design and investigation of piston.
