摘要
目的分析联合应用尼莫地平与神经生长因子对脑出血患者生物标志物的影响。方法选取2018年6月~2019年6月期间神经内科脑出血患者96例作为研究对象,采用随机数字表分为观察组与对照组,各48例,对照组给予甘露醇及常规对症治疗,观察组在常规治疗的基础上给予尼莫地平联合神经生长因子治疗。对比两种不同的治疗方案对生物标志物的影响和治疗效果。结果治疗前两组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组评分均减少,且观察组较对照组减少更为明显,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者治疗前血清hs-CRP、IL-8、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组患者血清hs-CRP、IL-8、TNF-α水平比对照组低(P<0.001)。结论联合应用尼莫地平与神经生长因子治疗脑出血患者能有效减少血清炎性因子分泌,减轻神经功能缺损程度。
Objective To analyze the effect of nimodipine combined with nerve growth factor on biomarkers of intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods 96 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the neurology department between June 2018 and June 2019 were selected as research objects.Patients were divided into observation group and control group by means of random number table with 48 cases in each group.The control group were treated with mannitol and conventional therapy,while the observation group were treated with nimodipine combined with nerve growth factor on the basis of routine treatment.And then,the effects of the two different treatment options on serum biomarkers and treatment effects were compared.Results Before treatment,difference of National Institutes of Health Stroke Scale(NIHSS) scores between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the scores of both groups decreased,and the observation group decreased more significantly,and difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,difference of serum hs-CRP,IL-8 and TNF-α levels between the two groups was not statistically significant(P>0.05).After treatment,the levels of serum hs-CRP,IL-8 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.001).Conclusion Nimodipine combined with nerve growth factor in the treatment of cerebral hemorrhage can effectively reduce the secretion of serum inflammatory factors and reduce the degree of nerve function defect.
