经皮微创与开放式椎弓根钉内固定治疗脊椎骨折的效果比较

Comparative analysis of the effects of percutaneous minimally invasive and open pedicle screw internal fixation on patients with spinal fractures

目的观察分析经皮微创与开放式椎弓根钉内固定治疗脊椎骨折的效果。方法选取2018年7月至2019年12月接受治疗的88例脊椎骨折患者作为研究对象,采取随机数字表进行分组,对照组与研究组各44例,对照组患者采取开放式椎弓根钉内固定治疗,研究组患者采取经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定治疗,分析比较两组患者术中各项指标以及术后并发症发生情况。结果两组患者手术时间比较无统计学意义(P>0.05);研究组患者术中出血量明显少于对照组,切口长度、住院时间明显短于对照组(P<0.001);研究组患者并发症发生率明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗前两组患者脊髓功能比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后研究组患者运动觉与感觉功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论对脊椎骨折患者采取经皮微创椎弓根钉内固定治疗,手术创伤小,术后恢复快,能改善脊髓功能,安全可靠,值得临床推广。

Objective To observe and analyze the effect of percutaneous minimally invasive and open pedicle screw internal fixation on patients with spinal fractures.Methods 88 patients with spinal fractures who received treatment from July 2018 to December 2019 were selected as research objects,and they were divided into control group and study group according to random number table,with 44 cases in each group.The control group were given open pedicle screw internal fixation,and the study group were given percutaneous minimally invasive pedicle screw internal fixation.And then, the intraoperative indicators and postoperative complications of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the operation time between the two groups(P>0.05).The intraoperative blood loss in the study group was significantly less than that in the control group,and the incision length and hospitalization time were significantly shorter than those in the control group(P<0.001).The incidence of complications in the study group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.01).There was no statistically significant difference in spinal cord function between the two groups before treatment(P>0.05).After treatment,the motor and sensory functions of the study group were significantly better than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Minimally invasive percutaneous pedicle screw internal fixation for patients with spinal fracture has the advantages of small operation trauma and quick recovery.It can improve spinal cord function,which is safe and reliable,and thus is worthy of clinical promotion.
