摘要
公民科学指普通公众参与科学研究并为科学家收集资料,既是科学研究积累资源的方式,也是公众提升科学素质、进行非正式科学学习的重要途径。基于课程的公民科学项目与STEM学习密切相关,可以为学生提供在课堂之外进行实践性学习的机会,对参与者的科学知识、实践技能和科学态度都会产生影响。对面向青少年的公民科学项目的学习效果的评估研究表明,项目可以增长参与者的科学知识,影响其科学态度,并塑造其对科学的观念。
Citizen science,which has developed steadily in the last twenty years,involves the general public participating in scientific research and working with scientists or scientific organizations to collect data.Citizen science is an important way of improving public’s scientific literacy.It is closely related to STEM learning by providing students with opportunities of practical learning outside the classroom,and has an impact on participants’scientific knowledge,practical skills and scientific attitude.The evaluation of citizen science projects show that participants become more scientificly knowledgeable,change their scientific attitude,and grow more interested in science.
