“互联网+教育”推进的路径与策略——以青岛市为例

The Routes and Strategies of Promotion of“Internet+Education”——A Case Study of Qingdao City

近年来,"互联网+教育"的发展,对教育改革产生了重大的影响。"互联网+教育"对教学理念、教学模式、教学资源、教学过程以及教学评价进行变革,推进了信息技术与教育教学深度融合。本研究通过调查青岛市"互联网+教育"发展现状,探索"互联网+教育"发展路径为:机制保障、基础环境、资源共享、信息技术创新应用能力、教育信息化产业以及改革创新,并提出相对应的发展策略。本文为青岛市"互联网+教育"的未来发展提出相关建议,旨在为我国其他省、市的教育信息化发展提供参考。

In recent years,the development of“Internet+Education”has brought great influence to educational reform.“Internet+Education”has done a reform to teaching idea,teaching mode,teaching resources,teaching process,and teaching evaluation,and promoted a deep integration of information technology and education teaching.This study,through the investigation of the current status of the development of“Internet+Education”in Qingdao city,has explored its developing routes of“Internet+Education”,and they are mechanisms,fundamental environment,resource sharing,the capability of information technology application,education information industry and reform innovation,and put forward corresponding development strategies.This paper has put forward relative suggestions for the future development of“Internet+Education”,aiming to provide references to the education information development of other provinces in China.
