摘要
目的探究红外热成像仪在密集型场所筛查发热人员中的应用可行性。方法调试红外热成像仪,寻找最佳测量区域,对筛查温度>37.3℃的人员,同时进行水银温度计复测,共计复测100名人员。结果红外热成像仪和水银温度计测量结果成正相关(r=0.665);两种方法测量结果比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),但红外热成像仪与水银温度计测量差值在0.4℃以内的人员占84%,说明两种方法测量结果非常接近。结论新型冠状病毒肺炎疫情防控期间,红外热成像仪因具有响应快、非接触、精确度高等特点,适用于密集型场所人员体温的筛查。
Objective To explore the feasibility of infrared thermal imaging device for screening fever patients in intensive place. Methods Adjusting the infrared thermal imaging device to find the best measurement area. The people whose temperature were higher than 37.3 ℃(totally 100) were retested with mercury thermometer. Results There was a positive correlation between the two methods(r=0.665). The results showed that there was a statistical difference between the two methods(P<0.05), but 84% of the difference between the results of infrared thermal imaging device and those of mercury thermometers was within 0.4 ℃. Therefore, it was thought that the results of the two methods were quite approximate. Conclusion During the period of epidemic prevention and control, infrared thermal imaging devices are suitable for screening the body temperature of people in intensive places due to their fast response, non-contact and high accuracy.
