重庆市临床工程师继续教育现状调查与分析

Survey and Analysis on Continuing Education of the Clinical Engineers in Chongqing

目的调查重庆市临床工程师的继续教育现状,为各级部门制定重庆地区临床工程师继续教育策略提供证据支持和建议。方法采用分层随机抽样的方法,在重庆市二级以上医院、医疗器械厂家和经销商中抽取120名临床工程师作为调查对象,通过腾讯问卷星调查系统对其继续教育情况进行网络在线调查,回收有效问卷112份,有效回收率为93.33%。结果112名调查对象中,55.36%最高学历为本科,仅5.36%为高级职称,78.57%岗位胜任力为基本胜任,42.86%期望继续教育学习频率为每季度1次,41.96%继续教育效果自评为一般。在多项目选择中,工作岗位总数220项,继续教育形式330项,继续教育内容366项。结论重庆市临床工程师队伍总体上学历、职称及岗位胜任力不高,工作岗位多样化,虽然继续教育形式、内容较丰富,但临床工程师参与积极性不高,学习效果欠佳,因此,应采取加强管理、规范化培训及坚持学术引领继续教育等措施。

Objective By surveying the current situation of continuing education for the clinical engineers in Chongqing,this study provides evidence support and suggestion for the formulation of continuing education strategy for administrations.Methods Total y 120 clinical engineers were selected from the hospitals above the second level,medical device manufacturers and dealers in Chongqing by stratified random sampling method.The continuing education status of clinical engineers was surveyed by Tencent Questionnaire Star.112 valid questionnaires were recovered with a recovery rate of 93.33%.Results Of the 112 respondents,55.36%were the bachelor’s degree,5.36%were the senior professional title,78.57%were basically competent in their posts,42.86%expected continuing education held once a quarter,and 41.96%thought the continuing education effects were general.In the multi-project selection,the total number of job posts was 220,the form of continuing education was 330 and the content was 366.Conclusion Generally speaking,the clinical engineers in Chongqing have low academic background,professional title,post competence and diversified posts.The form and content of continuing education are relatively rich,but the enthusiasm of participation and learning effect were not good.Therefore,measures should be taken to strengthen management,standardized training and adhere to academic guidance for continuing education.
