摘要
目的探讨临床护理路径(CNP)在舌侧托槽固定矫正患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法选取2017年1月至2018年1月于佛山市妇幼保健院口腔科进行舌侧托槽固定矫正的56例患者,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组28例。观察组给予CNP健康教育,对照组给予常规健康教育,比较两组牙周指数[菌斑指数(PLI)、牙龈出血指数(GBI)、探诊深度(PD)]、口腔卫生知识知晓率和护理满意度。结果治疗后1个月至完成时,对照组PLI均高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、3个月和完成时,对照组GBI均高于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗后1、3个月对照组PD均高于观察组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组口腔卫生知识评分和护理满意度均高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论CNP用于舌侧托槽固定矫正患者健康教育中,能够维护牙周健康,提高口腔卫生知识知晓率和护理满意度。
Objective To explore the effect of clinical nursing pathway(CNP)in health education for patients with lingual bracket fixation orthodontic treatment.Methods Fifty-six patients who were cured with lingual bracket fixation in the Department of Stomatology,Foshan Maternal and Child Health Hospital from January 2017 to January 2018 were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group,28 cases in each group.The observation group was given CNP health education,and the control group was given regular health education.The periodontal index[plaque index(PLI),gingival bleeding index(GBI),depth of exploration(PD)],oral hygiene knowledge awareness rate and nursing satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results From 1 month after treatment to completion,the PLI of the control group was all higher than that of the observation group,and the difference was all statistically significant(P<0.05);1 month after treatment,3 months after treatment,and completion of treatment,the GBI of the control group was all higher than that of the observation group.The difference in the observation group was all statistically significant(P<0.05);the PD of the control group was higher than that of the observation group 1 month and 3 months after treatment,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05);Both the oral hygiene knowledge scores and nursing satisfaction of the observation group were higher than the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion CNP is used in the health education of patients with lingual bracket fixation orthodontic treatment,which can maintain periodontal health,improve the awareness rate of oral hygiene knowledge and nursing satisfaction.
