在教育信息化背景下,推进信息技术与高校体育深度融合,创新教学模式和方法,构建课内外一体化教学时空,有助于培养学生终身体育能力,体现了素质教育所追求的目标。信息化平台在高校体育教学中的应用,实现体育理论与实践相结合,拓展了课程资源;线上与线下相结合,改变了教学方式;课内与课外相结合,实现教学组织管理一体化;过程与效果相结合,有利于构建科学合理评价体系。

Under the background of educational information,the promotion of deep integration of information technology and college physical education,innovation of teaching models and methods,and found of integrated teaching time and space inside and outside the classroom will help to cultivate students'lifelong physical education ability,and reflect the goal pursued by quality education.The application of information platform in college physical education could realized the combination of physical education theory and practice and expand the curriculum resources;the combination of online and offline may change the teaching method;the combination of in class and out of class can realize the integration of teaching organization and management;and the combination of process and effect is conducive to building a scientific and reasonable evaluation system.
