新时代贫困代际传递消弭路径的选择——基于民族传统体育发展视角

Path Choice to Eliminate the Transmission of Poverty between Generations in the New Era——From the Perspective of National Traditional Sports Development

在民族传统体育学的理论框架内,从体育扶贫的视域审视阻断贫困代际传递的路径选择问题。运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法等方法,阐明民族传统体育与贫困代际传递存在的内联性,发现民族传统体育原始的传承与发展模式与贫困代际传递机制,在主体、文化、经济规律上存在一定的吻合度。基于面临的困境,民族传统体育的发展为阻断贫困代际传递提供启示,并提出:在主体维度上,通过契约关系等新时代元素革新传承机制;在文化维度上,坚持文化自信战略,开掘民族文化底蕴;在经济维度上,把握消费规律,打破消费“孤岛”怪圈,通过民族传统体育发展,阻断贫困代际传递。

Within the theoretical framework of national traditional physical education,this paper examines the path choice to block the intergenerational transmission of poverty from the perspective of sports poverty alleviation.By using the methods of literature and logical analysis,this paper expounds the inline nature of the intergenerational transmission between national traditional sports and poverty,and finds that the original inheritance and development mode of national traditional sports coincides with the mechanism of intergenerational transmission of poverty,and there is a certain degree of coincidence in the main body,culture and economic law.Based on the difficulties faced,the development of national traditional sports provides inspiration for blocking the intergenerational transmission of poverty,and puts forward that the inheritance mechanism should be innovated through the elements of the new era,such as contractual relations,in the dimension of the subject;in the cultural dimension,adhere to In the economic dimension,we should grasp the law of consumption,break the strange circle of consumption“isolated island”,and block the intergenerational transmission of poverty through the development of national traditional sports.
