在模式训练法理论的指导下,通过建立三级跳远运动员弹跳力发展数学模型,组建相应的检测、评定和训练方法,使河南护理职业学院田径队三级跳远运动员的成绩得以提高,总结模式训练的点滴经验,为提高河南省高校三级跳远成绩提高实践参考。

Under the guidance of the theory of pattern training method,a mathematical model for the development of the long jumper is established,and corresponding testing,evaluation and training methods are set up.This paper summarizes the experience of the model training,and provides a practical reference for the improvement of the results of the triple jump in Henan colleges and universities.
