摘要
运用文献资料法、专家访谈法和逻辑分析法,对美国高校概念性体育课程改革的缘起与发展进行了系统性回顾。概念性体育课程脱胎于基础体育课程,缘起于体育科学知识大爆发的时代,在高校课程改革的浪潮中得到了快速发展,最终对美国高校体育教育的发展产生了深远的影响。概念性体育课程首推于20世纪50年代,它将健康理论、体能测试等内容融入到基于技能的体育活动课程中去,解决了“为什么练、怎么练”的问题。概念性体育课程既提高了学生参与体育锻炼的积极性,也提高了体育教育工作者授课的目的性,最终提高了体育教育在美国高校中的学科地位。
This paper systematically reviews the origin and development of conceptual physical education curriculum reform in American universities using literature data,expert interviews and logic analysis.The conceptual physical education curriculum was born out of the basic physical education curriculum.It is originated from the era of the explosion of sports science knowledge.It has developed rapidly in the wave of college curriculum reform,and finally has a profound impact on the development of physical education in American universities.The conceptual physical education curriculum was first introduced in the 1950s.It integrates health theory and physical fitness testing into the curriculum of skills-based sports activities.It solves the problem of“why practice and how to practice”.It not only improves the enthusiasm of students to participate in physical exercise,but also improves the purpose of the lectures given by physical education educators,and finally improves the academic status of physical education in American universities.
