摘要
非常时期非常居家健身,也是为了积极响应国家疫情安排,尽早战胜新冠肺炎疫情。本文以特殊背景为前提,结合当前全国实际情况,要求中小学生科学合理安排居家健身活动,普及科学健身知识,丰富居家健身内容,试图通过中小学生居家参与锻炼提高身体免疫力,有效预防疾病,达到中小学生每天能够进行体育锻炼的目的,让体育锻炼真正成为一种习惯和能力,终身坚持,强身健体,为共同战胜一切疾病和困难打下坚实基础!
Special home fitness in the special period is an actively response to national arrangements to beat coronavirus ASAP.Based on the special background,combined with the actual situation in China,this paper requires primary and secondary school students to arrange home fitness activities scientifically and reasonably,popularize scientific fitness knowledge and enrich home fitness content.The aim is to promote immune,prevent disease effectively,reach the goal of everyday exercise for primary and secondary school students,make sport exercise a habit and ability,and lay foundation for beating all kinds of diseases and difficulties.
