随着生活水平的提高,人们对优越的生活质量的要求也大大提高,优质生活需要健康的身体来享受,因此越来越多的人开始重视自身的健康。所以,体育运动便成为人们强身健体的必要手段。篮球更是因为其自身魅力成为人们最喜欢的运动项目。特别是在全国的各个高校,它更是成为大学生最喜欢、最常参与的运动项目。但是伴随着体育运动,不可避免的都会出现运动损伤。因此,我们需要了解到运动中常见的损伤部位,以及在运动中尽可能地减少损伤出现的概率。
With the improvement of living standards,people's requirements for superior quality of life have also been greatly improved.Quality life requires a healthy body to enjoy,so more and more people are beginning to pay attention to their own health.Therefore,sports have become a necessary means for people to keep fit.Basketball,for its own charm,has become a favorite sport.Especially in colleges and universities across the country,it is the favorite and most popular sports program for college students.But sports injuries are inevitable.Therefore,we need to understand the damage sites that are common in sports and the probability of reducing the damage as much as possible during exercise.
