Analyses and measures on the Safe Operation of Oil Slurry Pumps in the FCC Unit

油浆泵是催化裂化装置重要机泵之一,其运行安全性是保障正常生产的关键。针对进口油浆泵在使用中出现机械密封泄漏、内部件严重磨损等故障问题,分析了故障发生的原因,在运行、安装、维护故障等方面提出了相应对策,通过措施的实施,油浆泵运行状态获得了改善,油浆泵安全运行寿命得到了提高。

The Oil slurry pumps play the important roles in FCC unit,and the operation safety of the pumps must be needed to ensure the normal production.During the service of the imported FLS-6000 slurry pumps in?a petrochemical plant,some failures involving the mechanical seal leakage and severe wear of internal parts occurred.The authors analyzed the failure causes and proposed the corresponding measures in operation,installation,and maintenance.Through the implementation of the measures,the operation state of the oil slurry pumps has been improved,and the safe operation life of the slurry pumps has increased.
