摘要
台盆区富源区块二叠系中上部火成岩地层裂缝发育,且岩性坚硬易剥落,钻井过程中易发生井漏、坍塌,卡钻等情况[1],造成井下复杂,造成巨大经济损失。作为该区块施工过程中风险较高的井段,在该井段钻进过程中要优化各项参数,以保证顺利通过该段。本文基于对富源204井解卡的过程,分析卡钻原因,并提出预防措施,对该区块的安全钻井以及事故复杂的解除具有借鉴意义,并有较强的可操作性。
Fractures develop in igneous strata in the middle and upper part of the Permian in the fuyuan block in the taipan area,and the lithology is hard and easy to peel off,so well leakage,collapse and stuck in the drilling process are easy to occur [1],resulting in the downhole complexity and huge economic losses. As a risky section in the construction of the block,various parameters should be optimized in the drilling process to ensure the smooth passage of the section. Based on the process of releasing the jam in FY 204 well,this paper analyzes the cause of the jam and puts forward the preventive measures.
