In this paper,the technical research on the South China Oil Pipeline under the low-throughput operation condition in winter is carried out,and the calculation of safe and stable operation parameters and the analysis of feasible technical measures are carried out to provide technical reference for the South China Oil Pipeline under the low-throughput operation condition in winter,so as to ensure the safe and stable operation of the South China Oil Pipeline in winter.
