高架桥横风作用下高速动车组转向架气动载荷规律分析 被引量:1

摘要 高速动车组客运专线多采用高架桥的形式,其沿线的强横风环境对列车运行安全影响较大,其中转向架是保证列车运行稳定的关键部件.本文以CRH2型动车组为研究对象,采用SIMPLEC算法和QUICK精度格式的数值算法对高架桥、横风和车速耦合作用下动车组转向架的气动载荷展开研究.计算结果及分析表明:转向架6阻力最大;转向架6的侧向力和升力变化规律特殊;转向架6的倾覆力矩数值最大,是所有转向架中最危险的一个;对于气动载荷中的倾覆力矩,当车速较低时,车速的影响敏感程度高于风速,当车速很高时,受风速影响显著.研究结果可为跨线运行高速动车组自适应转向架的设计提供理论依据. Most high-speed EMU lines adopt viaducts and strong cross winds along the lines have a great influence on the train operation safety.The bogie is the key component to ensure the stable operation of trains.This paper takes THE CRH2 EMU as the research object and adopts the SIMPLEC algorithm and QUICK precision format numerical algorithm to study the aerodynamic loads of the bogies of EMUs under the coupling of viaduct,cross winds and speeds.The calculation results and analysis show that:the No.6 bogie has the greatest resistance and special changes in the lateral force and lift,the largest overturning moment value,which is at the greatest risk of all bogies.Regarding the overturning moment of aerodynamic loads,when the vehicle speed is low,the sensitivity of the vehicle speed is higher than the wind speed;when the vehicle speed is very high,the wind speed influence is significant.The research results provide a theoretical basis for the design of adaptive bogies for high-speed EMUs running across lines.
