改性甘蔗渣吸附水中Cr6+的研究 被引量:2

A Study of the Adsorption of Cr6+ in Water by Modified Bagasse

摘要 分别采用0.2 mol/L的NaOH、HCl、NaCl和2 CaCl溶液对甘蔗渣进行改性,比较4种改性后的甘蔗渣对水中Cr6+的去除效果,NaCl为本实验最佳改性剂.通过单因素优化实验,探讨了改性剂用量、改性时间和改性温度对甘蔗渣改性效果的影响,实验结果表明:甘蔗渣的最佳改性条件为0.1000 g甘蔗渣中加入0.2 mol/L NaCl溶液50 mL,改性时间为1.5 h,改性温度为25℃.同时探讨了吸附时间、吸附温度和吸附质pH值对改性甘蔗渣吸附水中Cr6+吸附效率的影响,改性甘蔗渣吸附Cr6+的最佳实验条件为吸附时间3.0 h,吸附温度25℃和pH值为7.用NaCl改性后的甘蔗渣在最佳吸附条件下对河水中的Cr6+进行了吸附实验,Cr6+的去除率达到了69.0%,吸附效果良好. In this paper,0.2 mol/L NaOH,HCl,NaCl and 2 CaCl solutions were used to modify bagasse,and the effects of four modified bagasse on the removal of Cr6+ in water were compared.NaCl was the best modifier in the experiment.The single factor optimization experiment was used to discuss the effects of modifier dosage,modification time and modification temperature on the modification effect of bagasse.The experimental results showed that the optimum modification conditions of bagasse were as follows:when 0.1000 g bagasse was modified with NaCl 50 mL for 1.0 h,the modification time was 1.5 h,and the modification temperature was 25℃.In addition,the effects of adsorption time,adsorption temperature and adsorption pH on the adsorption efficiency of modified bagasse were discussed.The optimum experimental conditions for the adsorption of Cr6+ by modified bagasse were as follows:the adsorption time was 3.0 h,the adsorption temperature was 25℃ and pH=7.Cr6+ in river was adsorbed by modified bagasse under optimal adsorption conditions,and the removal rate of Cr6+ reached 69.0%.The effect of adsorption was good.
