基于微信小程序的项目管理软件在施工中的应用

Application of Project Management Software Based on WeChat Applets in Construction

针对当前建筑施工现场存在的信息沟通不畅、管理成本高和效率低等问题,本文基于微信小程序设计开发了一款用于一般建筑项目现场施工管理的软件.在借鉴“智慧工地”移动APP端安全和质量整改功能模块的基础上,利用微信开发者工具进行软件功能模块的详细设计与开发.最后将软件应用于实际项目中,验证了其在建筑项目施工现场具有可操作性,获得的使用反馈可为软件后续的更新迭代提供方向.

Given current problems at construction sites like poor information communication,high management cost and low efficiency,a project management program based on the WeChat applets was developed,which can be used in general construction projects.Drawing on the mobile app terminal safety and quality rectification function modules of the“Intelligent Sites”,WeChat developer tools were used to conduct detailed design and development of software function modules.Finally,the software was applied to actual projects to verify its operability at construction sites and the feedback form the users can provide the direction for subsequent update and iteration.
