摘要
为了研究不同因素对纤维-沥青粘结强度的影响规律,本文通过自行设计的拉拔试验装置,探讨温度、纤维埋置深度、纤维类型、沥青类型对纤维-沥青粘结强度的影响程度。试验结果表明:15℃时的粘结强度比30℃的粘结强度高;随着纤维埋置深度的增加,纤维-沥青粘结性能增强;玻璃纤维与沥青间的粘结性能比玄武岩纤维及钢纤维好;纤维与高粘沥青的粘结性能比基质沥青好。说明在低温条件下,适当增加玻璃纤维的长度有利于充分发挥其增韧作用,提高沥青混合料的低温抗裂性。
In order to study the influence of different factors on the bonding strength of fiber asphalt,this paper discusses the influence of temperature,fiber embedment depth,fiber type and asphalt type on the bonding strength of fiber asphalt through the self-designed drawing test device.The results showed that the bond strength at 15℃was higher than that at 30℃.With the increase of fiber embedment depth,fiber asphalt adhesion performance is enhanced;The adhesion between glass fiber and asphalt is better than basalt fiber and steel fiber.Fiber and high viscosity asphalt have better adhesion than matrix asphalt.The results show that increasing the length of glass fiber under low temperature is beneficial to giving full play to its toughening effect and improving the low temperature crack resistance of asphalt mixture.
