摘要
本文基于公路工程案例,对沥青混合料热拌生产、输运以及铺摊压碾环节的节能减排技术工艺运用进行了专题分析探究,验证了沥青混合料热拌施工节能减排技术的工程适用性和效用,总结了沥青混合料热拌施工操作中燃烧器节能减排、输运节能减排以及铺摊压碾节能减排工艺技术,并根据实体工程概况,阐明了沥青路面的复合料的矿料组成和面层结构,以及沥青复合料马歇尔功效指标,表明了工程基本设备的配置。
Based on a highway engineering case,this paper conducts a special analysis and research on the application of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies in the production,transportation,and paving and rolling of asphalt mixtures to verify the engineering application of energy-saving and emission-reduction technologies for asphalt mixture hot-mix construction It summarizes the energy-saving and emission-reduction technology of burners in the hot-mix construction operation of asphalt mixture,energy-saving emission reduction in transportation,and energy-saving emission reduction in paving and compaction.The material composition and surface layer structure,as well as the Marshall efficiency index of asphalt composite material,and indicate the configuration of the basic equipment of the project.
