基于相似度指标的沥青红外光谱快速检测技术研究 被引量:1

摘要 针对沥青质量管控过程中传统的三大指标和SHRP检测方法存在着试验周期长、成本昂贵,且无法有效鉴别沥青质量的难题,本研究利用红外光谱检测设备,以相似度指标对沥青的质量进行快速评价,并通过常规指标对比验证的方法,对相似度指标的合理性进行了验证。最后,在镇丹高速对本项目进行了工程应用,实体工程的应用效果表明,基于相似度指标的沥青红外光谱快速检测技术具有检测效率高、成本低等优势,具有较好的社会经济效益。 In the process of asphalt quality control,the traditional three major indicators,the SHRP detection method,have the problems of long test period and high cost,which cannot effectively identify the quality of asphalt.In this study,infrared spectrum detection equipment was used to compare The quality is quickly evaluated,and the rationality of the similarity index is verified through the conventional index comparison and verification method.Finally,the project was applied on Zhendan Expressway.The application effect of the solid project showed that the rapid detection technology of asphalt infrared spectroscopy based on the similarity index has the advantages of high detection efficiency and low cost,and has good social and economic benefits.
