摘要
使用CMSIS标准编写C验证代码,在Cortex-M0+内核支持下对UART外设模块进行了完整的功能验证,验证结果表明UART模块功能正常.同时,在芯片流片后的测试环节,用相同的C代码对搭载该芯片的PCB板进行了测试,测试结果表明UART模块工作正常.由于测试代码在芯片的设计验证阶段就已完成,一旦流片回来,就可以立刻对芯片进行测试,缩短了新产品的研发时间.同时,如果该外设用在其他的芯片中,C代码则可以完全照搬,简化了代码移植难度.
With the continuous expansion of the integrated circuits's scale,the complexity and workload of the SOC verification is also growing.In the process of chip research,the verification part has become an extremely crucial link.CMSIS standard is used to write C verification code,and carries on the complete function verification to the UART peripheral module under the Cortex-M0+kernel support,the verification result indicated that the UART module function is normal.At the same time,the test results after the chip tape out on the PCB board with the same C code show that the UART module is working properly.As the test code in the chip design verification stage has been completed,we can test the chip immediately after the chip tape back,then shortening the development time of new product.At the same time,if the peripherals used in other chips,C code can be completely copied,greatly simplifying the difficulty of code migration.
