摘要
综述了目前ITO粉体的制备方法,其中包括液相共沉淀法、溶胶-凝胶法、水(溶剂)热法、喷雾热解法、燃烧法、机械混合法等,并分析比较了各种制备方法的优缺点。
The preparation methods of powders are reviewed,including liquid phase coprecipitation method,sol-gel method,water(solvent)thermal method,spray pyrolysis method,combustion method,mechanical mixing method,etc.The advantages and disadvantages of various preparation methods are analyzed and compared.
