摘要
北京地区采集、分离得到的野生羊肚菌菌株羊CP,鉴定为Morchella owneri,其菌丝培养条件研究发现,羊CP菌丝生长最适碳源为乳糖;生长最适氮源为蛋白胨和黄豆粉;最适温度为25℃;最适培养基pH为8.0。通过出菇试验比较,羊CP鲜菇平均产量(1.235 kg·m-2)较目前大规模生产使用的菌株羊1 (0.880 kg·m-2)和羊4 (1.150 kg·m-2)分别提高40.34%和7.40%,表明其在日光温室条件下具有较高的栽培推广价值。
A wild Morchella sp. strain numbered Yang-CP(identified as Morchella owneri) was collected and isolated in Beijing.The best carbon source for mycelial growth was lactose, the best nitrogen source were peptone and soybean powder, the optimal temperature was 25℃, and the optimal pH was 8.0. In domestication experiments, compared with the strains Yang-1 and Yang-4, widely used in commercial cultivation, the average yield of Yang-CP increased by 40.34% and 7.40%, respectively, which indicated that Yang-CP had the high value of cultivation and extension in Chinese solar greenhouse.
